Is the Commander 950 for TPI engines easy to tune??

My car is running too rich and nobody can tune it properly. Is this a good tuneable fix for it? One of the kits is specifically for the 85-92 TPI.

Does anyone actually use this?

"The Holley Commander 950 is the most powerful and capable ECU available on the market today. Capable of driving up to 8 high impedance and 4 low impedance injectors"

That means either 8 normal injectors or 4 TBI injectors (low impedance).

Not at all sophisticated.

Nowhere near capable. Cant run anything other than fuel injection.
