Code 15: Coolant Temperature Low

Did an OBDI conversion, had Bryan do the tune. It runs, but I keep getting this code. Temp. does not register in Datamaster or Freescan, but it is fine on my dash. I have a 160 thermostat, and the car runs consistantly at 170. Any ideas? Is something shut off or too low in the constants? I am using TunerCat, but I have not modified anything from Bryan's burn.

BTW: New engine, did not even try firing on OBDII.

There are two temp sensors on the motor. One in the head and one in the water pump. And well, one is for the gauge and one is for the pcm.

So that should be enough information for you to fix your problem

Thanks LT1-TA. I have both connected. I imagine the one in the waterpump is for the ECU? I actually thought that one was for the fans, but now I realize that the fans are controlled by the ECU. Now that I think about it the fans come on even when cold, so that makes sense to me now -doh. I'll check it out tomorrow and post the results.

Right on the button LT1-TA. The wire was cut between the waterpump sensor and the ECU from a previous accident. Thanks alot for the help.
