Has any one heard of a chip that adds 100 hp? A guy at a shop says that he can get one for my 95 TA and I wanted to know if anyone has heard of this before or maybe even gotten it. I'm thinking about getting it. Is there anything that I should know about it?

Beside you car being tuned by flashing PCM, not burning chips, 100 hp is impossible, even from an extremly good tune.
