Checksum Disabled???

Well i finally got my laptop to talk to the PCM and after i read it and went to look at the file it tells me The selected source file has been modified and the checksum disabled. The tuner program cannot verify that the proper ECM definition file is being used. Proceed anyway? YES-NO. I knew the PCM has been programed before but not sure if this is good news or bad news. If its bad what can i do to fix it. or is it ok to just leave it??

It probably has been programmed by Ed Wright. I don't know of any other tuners who disable the checksums.
If I were you, I wouldn't try to modify that program. Either leave it as is, or overwrite it with a fresh program.
