changing tire size

i have 245/50/16 on my 95 trans am.i want to put 255/50/16 m/t dot drag radials on it,do i need to get a programmer for it?.does it just throw my speedo off?

Your speedo will be off by a tiny bit, but that's it. The 255/50 and 245/50 are so close that the difference isn't worth worrying about.

thanks,i did'nt know if it would throw off the part throttle shift or anything else.
