Changing pcm vin obd2

Is there anything out there to be able to change the vin number on a obd2 pcm? Currently have jet dst but i know there is no option to do so.

I sent my 2nd OBD2 pcm to the Mad tuner. I think his handle is Ion. I cost 20 dollar. Very professional guy. He also flashed a LT1_edit v. 2.2 progam for me. I provided the LT1 flash file. B.
