Question Is changing the injector voltage necessary?

I have 30lb. SVO injectors for my combo and have changed the LT! edit program to 31.xxlb. but was wondering if I have to change the injector voltage offset table. Will it affect performance if I do not do this?
Thanks for any help
Matt

Not really necessary but its pretty easy and here they are:

( 15.9375v, 0.5 ) ( 14v, 0.5 ) ( 13v, 0.59375 ) ( 12v, 0.8125 ) ( 11v, 0.90625 ) ( 10v, 1.3125 ) ( 9v, 1.5 ) ( 8v, 2 ) ( 7v, 3 ) ( 6v, 5 ) ( 5.5v, 7 ) ( 0v, 7 )

Hal,

My injectors are the same as the original poster, but my original pro-tuner has them set completely different than your suggestion. Do you know why mine might be different, and why you indicate the setting really shouldn't matter?

Mine was a direct copy from the post of the guy who got the originals off mustang tables so thats why they don't really fit our tables. MIne were for 24#. Maybe your guy has the actual correct numbers for 30s. Yours are much closer to stock (I was only looking at the 12v/14v range).

Its generally believed that the pcm ensures 14.7 is maintained so anything off is corrected anyway (in some way). Whatever is done (if anything) to make this work is used at WOT as well.

Hard to know for sure, I have heard that the injector offsets are valid up until possibly the 42# SVOs, but nobody seems to know for sure last time I was 'in the know' over the ordeal. I seemed to do ok with the 24# numbers on my 30# setup though, nothing odd on the dyno.
