Changed Tune, Car hangs at high idle longer... Why?
Changed from OBDII to OBDI PCM. No hardware was moved, removed... except for the PCM and I changed the tune. What could I have changed that causes the car to hang longer at high idle before it settles to the correct RPM?
What parameters change how long the car hangs at higher RPM's(say 1300 rather than 800-900) at idle

Problem is, the 0 mph cannot be changed from it's value of 3. I have this problem at idle while not moving(0 mph), especially
I had done what you mention already, and it helped while driving, like when between shift in my M6. With the stock values, the RPM's just didn't come down quite fast enough. I reduced all of the values by 33% and it helped.
I also seem to get this problem still happening when I come to a stop with the clutch in, it hangs at roughly 1300 RPM for a few seconds before settling in to 800 rpm.
I reduced my IAC steps(park position vs coolant temp) a little but that should only help when I first start the car @ 0 mph.
It's not a huge problem, but it's just different than my old tune(OBDII).
