can't read tables window(tuner cat)

can't read tables window(tuner cat)
I just installed win 98 on my laptop and now when I try to look at the tables window(tuner cat) it is half of the screen. How do I fix this?

I just fixed my problem but every time I open the program I have to change the # of items to be displayed and com port. Is there any way to save these changes?
