Can someone please look at my logged run...

Logged a run using Freescan and Ive got it in Excel Format to make it easy to read..Its only 2 gear up to 6000rpms...Let me know your email addy and Ill send it to ya and let me know what ya think..

From what I see of the log(not very familiar with tuning yet)

TPS voltage only goes to like 4.4ish...I think it should read above 4.5 at WOT?

O2 readings are really rich..(.980s)

Who can look at my logged run for me?

Thanks in advance!

You can send it to me, I'll look at it. I'm still new at all this stuff too, but if I spot anything that looks odd to me, I'll tell ya.

Looked at your logs. Sent you an e-mail.

On the TPS, what we need to know is...

-Is there an exact TPS voltage for all LT1s, or is there room for tolerance?

-Would TPS volts change with an aftermarket TB?

-At WOT, should the TPS volts be at the max, right away? What if mine gradually climb from 4.00 volts to 4.40 volts at WOT?

Quoted from Scanmaster guide by Injuneer
The Throttle Position Sensor (TPS) is the reading out of the rotary motion sensor on the throttle blade shaft. The sensor is located on the throttle body, on the end of the pivot shaft, on the passenger side. When you turn your car "on", the PCM sees the closed throttle voltage reading, and sets this as "0%", or closed throttle. The factory spec for this seems to be as low as 0.40V, and as high as 0.70V. But, I have seen reports of systems that work fine with TPS closed voltages in the range of 0.20 to 0.90V. Some people drill out the holes in the TPS sensor and try and get the closed position voltage as close as possible to some value like 0.50V, but this doesn’t appear to be necessary. Mine always read 0.64V closed.

As you rotate the throttle shaft, the voltage climbs, typically to a value about 4V higher than the closed throttle reading, or in the range of 4.30 to 4.60V. In between, the voltage should change smoothly with throttle position.
Still need to figure out that 3rd answer... anyone know? Mine jumps right to the peak voltage at the start of WOT, but 97 RedSS's doesn't.

Mine also jumps right to 4.57v. For every cell where TPS% = 100, TPS volt=4.57. Theres no lag between. Also, where TPS% = 0, TPS volt=0.57 - reaffirming the Scanmaster Guide section you quoted. Hope that helps.

Thanks again for lookin at my log..I was also wondering why it takes increments to finally hit 4.4 V?

I may play with the TB blades and open the up just a tad..They are all the way closed right now and its always hard to start it..I have to give it a lil gas to get her started all the time...
