Can I upload a tune to a 94 using tunerpro?

Can I upload a tune to a 94 using tunerpro?
I have tunerpro working on my 1994 $EE computer, I've edited my tune, but now I can't seem to figure out how to use tunerpro to upload the new tune to the ECM in the car.
What am I missing?
