can this cause o2 sensors to be bad?

Question can this cause o2 sensors to be bad?

if I had oil leaking from the valve guide seals, or blow-by from rings? can this cause the o2 to go bad ,like using leaded gas degrades the out put ?

I can not say for sure but it sure don;t help.

Antifreez and silicone does. oil may as well
