If your fairly confident that it is false knock then I would bump the
Knock Retard Recovery Rate vs. RPM to 1.00 in the shift areas.
The nice thing is that if true knock is present the Spark Retard will still occur and you won't run the risk of damaging the engine due to completely disabling you Knock Retard.
