OBDI and OBDII are not compatible. You need an OBDI reader.
Are you looking for a hand-held? Do you want the capability to clear codes? How much are you willing to spend?
It will need to have an OBDII connector on it, the 95s for some strange reason had the OBDII connector on it even though they are OBDI.

Hi
it would be nice to have the capability to clear codes so i dont have to take to a dealer to have it done after a mod or fix.

You can clear the codes by pulling the "PCM BAT" (under hood box in the 95's) fuse for 30 seconds.

You can buy higher priced scanners that will work on both OBD-I and OBD-II. They will include an adapter plug, so you can connect a 12-pin OBD-I cable to your 95's 16-pin ALDL connector. Probably talking at least $200 plus a bit extra for the OBD-I cables, but you will have a scanner you can use on virtually anything.
