Bin to LT1 edit?

Bin to LT1 edit?
Anyone know how to change a Bin file to an LT1 edit file?

There is a program called Tuneconv.exe the converts .bin to .lt1 and .lt1 to .bin. If you can't find it, pm me and I'll send you a copy. If I remember right C. Millard (sp) wrote it. Works great.
