Better wide band sensor?

I have an Innovate LM2 which uses a Bosch LSU 4.9 sensor. It seems that these sensors don't last very long. I know that ideally they should be mounted at 12:00 o'clock position in the pipe but I didn't have any place to do that, so mine is mounted at right angle in the 3:00 o'clock position which is supposed to be acceptable. I know that they are very sensitive to moisture and have found that I can't leave it in the exhaust for any length of time due to condensation in the pipe. Still, it seems that they should last longer. I used mine two days ago and it was fine but then today, it wouldn't work. Is there such a thing as a better or more durable wide band sensor?
