better shifting for a stock 95 w/ 3.23s

does anybody have shift tables for a stock 95 TA w/ A4 and 3.23..
i'v tried the shift calcs but the dont work for some reason..'

What gears is the file you have setup for?
Not sure why a little multiplication wouldn't work?
