best way to tune at idle using an open loop program?

My car is extremely rich on startup and idle. I use an open loop program as I have a really large solid roller cam. It could use a little leaning out at WOT too. The O2s are 940-950 at WOT. I'd like high 800s-900. I use tunercat btw. Thanks, Roy

Use the Open Loop AFR x 10 vs. Coolant table. It's exactly what you need. Then you can tune the % Change in AFR at WOT for the WOT part.
