best programmer

I have a 95 z28 with a 6 speed in it and I have a lot more air flowing through the engine over stock. I was wondering what brands of programmers are the best because I want to set a new fuel and spark curve on the engine to compensate for the larger air flow? Thanks for the help.

Have you considered a mail-order tune:
http://www.pcmforless.com
http://www.madz28.com
Much cheaper and effective option then the handheld programmers.

Iwill second that; the JET one that was used on a94z28 on HP TV was lousy and the HYPERTECH not much better. I sent my pcm to MADZ and just got it back and will reinstall in the next couple days and then i can give a better opinion.

Tuner Cat and AKM cable for < $200 will outperform any hand held tuner.

We also offer a hand-held tuner on a loaner basis loaded with PCMFORLESS's custom programming on it. No PCM swap, no hassle.
