I am using MXScan, which uses TunerCat's OBD2 interface cable. The interface cable has a provision to connect wide band O2 sensors and MXScan can read those inputs.
Of course, you will need one of TunerCat's OBD2 interface cables and a USB to serial converter.

Sorry, there are no free data loggers for OBD2 (at least that I'm aware of). MXScan is about as cheap as it gets ($69 when I bought it). This is one reason a lot of people do an OBD1 PCM swap, so they can use the OBD1 tuning/logging tools.
There are lots of free OBD2 "scanners" out there, but cmross97 is looking for a data logger, which is used to monitor the engine's runtime parameters, some of them, realtime.

I use Scantool Mode22, freescan and pcmcomm also come to mind. I've had the best luck with the first.
where can i get scantool mode 22 i downloaded the trial version of mxscan (i don't have an interface cable yet just wanted to roam about the software) and in the pids it doesn't have injector pusle width???

But Scantool will not tell you pulsewidth either.
