First off, My cooling fan fuse keeps popping everytime i turn the ignition to the on positin but i can find no shorted wires under the hood. So i check the codes and i got. 31- wich i think is courtesy lamps feed shorted to ground. Are the 2 related and could you tell me where to start looking? Thanks for any help.

 

I also got 25-35-55-22- but i think these are all just led present and configuration display. I see that a 31 represents a history log, but why would it still show check engine when i've disconnected the battery?
