automatic pcm in a manual ???

I somehow got water in my pcm and it is cooked. So I picked up a used pcm but my car is a 98 ls1 6spd and the pcm is for an automatic. Is there anything I can do to make it work in my car? It keeps pulling up codes looking for shift points??????

The dealer should be able to flash a stock M6 program into your new pcm.

For what the dealer will charge or a little more you could get a mail-order tune.
