anyone know where to get free tunercat?

I need to get a copy of tunercat so I can start burning chips but dont want to pay the 70 bucks or whatever it is. Does anyone know where to get it for free? I heard that it can be downloaded but I am not sure where to find it.

Hmmm well I don't think you will find anyone that is willing to "give" out their licensed copy of TC. Its tool that is very reasonably priced and if people give it away then soon enough there will be no more TC tools to use to fix our cars with

The people who made tunercat spent a lot of time and money to make the program. They offer it at a reasonable price ($90 w/ def file) and do not charge you for updates. They also do not lock it to one car. The customer service has always been great when I have dealt with them.

Pay for it or don't use it to program your car.

so it is 70 for program and 30 for a definition file? and 30 for each additional definition file? I was just going off what someone told me about downloading it for free, kind of on a budget you see, so If I dont have to spend money on something I would rather not. But I guess I will just have to bite the bullet and buy it. Is it a cd they send you or do they send it through e-mail like LT1 edit?
