Any Way To Remove The Factory Speedo Limiter Myself????

Any Way To Remove The Factory Speedo Limiter Myself????

i would reallyl ike to avoid buying a chip or programmer or send my entire PCM off to someone like PCMFORLESS to take it off. any way sombody could tell me a way (if there is one) to remove this limiter???

Well, Your stuck!

You either need to buy a programer or pay some one to do it for you. Most likely you are going to have to spend some money to get it done.

Your only other choice woud be to befriend some one near you that has a tunner for OBD2 and get them to do it for free(or may be a case of beer )

The only other way I know of is removing the speed sensor, which is pretty lame and technically illegal.

I'd say get Tunercat but your OBD II. Look for used Hyperjunks on eBay if you like the price.
