any difference in ECM's auto and manuals

I want to switch from OBD2 to 1 by buying a 94-95 ecm. I want to know if there is a difference between autos and M6?

Nope, differences are all software related. Iirc there is only one part number for the 94-95 pcm across all lt1 powered cars.
