AFR vs temp weird question

I noticed in some of the LT1_edit tables such as Open loop temp vs load, and PE vs temp, that there are cells for temps as low as -40 degrees C. It seems like 95% of the time that the data below -4 degrees C would never be used. When would you ever need the -40 data? I just found it odd that they have data for the temps that low. who would actually drive an Fbody in weather that cold.

Try Calgary, Alberta, Canada ... doesn't snow much, but it does get to minus 30 for weeks at a time in the winter.
