Adjusting idle with Tunercats for a M6 car

Ok i am a newbie at this and rather ask dumb questions instead of screwing something up.I have a 95 LT1 camaro and would like to lower the idle a bit i saw on the tables ther are a few option as far as the IAC and set id in park and in neutral.Which table would be best suited to lower my idle on my manual car???Thanks for any input

you lower the idle via iac in neutral.
