Adjusting fuel pressure affect air fuel ratio?

I have an adjustable fuel pressure regulator with 30# svo injectors & other mods. Can I change air fuel ratio by increasing or decreasing the pressure? I thought that I read somewhere that the computer will overide any adjustments.

It will only have short term effects from what I have read. The only permenant way is to change the injector constant in the PCM. For example, I was running rich across the board. BLM's 112-120. Since I was running stock 24lb injectors I changed the constant to 27lbs and my blms locked in at 126-128 and stayed there. Basically, increasing the constant leans the car out and decreasing it makes it richer.
