ABS INOP and BRAKE light???

ABS INOP and BRAKE light???
Well my car threw a brake (RED) light a couple of weeks ago. I was leaving my GF's and i kinda slid going down her driveway and it came on. I let it go for a little bit, thinking i tripped some sensor?
Well it never went off...then yesterday i started her up and the ABS INOP light was on along with the brake light. I went to work and when i restarted it when i was leaving the ABS light was off? It has been on and off about 3 times in 2 days. Any Ideas what could be wrong???
