98 ls1 tunning question

what is a good programmer for the damn 98?

Also if i swap out my 98 ls1 and install a newer ls1 or iron 6.0 will i still have to have a programmer that works on a 98 car?

Get a custom tune. If you want I can tune it. $200.00
And if you swap out the engine you will want to tune the PCM for the engine.
