97 z28 will not start

no spark no fuel no com. with pcm. installed reman pcm, checked aldl wires to pcm, checked + - to pcm . I am lost dont know what else to check.

Did you have the reman flashed to your VIN before installing?
It should still start either way. Check power and grounds to the PCM.

i checked power in 3 or 4 + and 3 grounds pcm was not flashed .how about the vats system ? bought the car in pile of parts
