Question Can someone please take a look at my cars scan

my car has recently statred to to stumble and shutting off
just took these readings with an auto(xray) let me know
what you think. Any help is appreaicated I know noting about tuning.

What gave you that software wise?, anyway i'm a noob granted but I can't tell anything from that. You need a log from datamaster or a similar app.
