95 T/A won't start! Had Code 36, but now gone..

I have a 95 T/A with a forged 385 and a D1SC at 15psi. Car only has 600 miles on it since put back together with new engine. I replaced the Opti with Brand new AC Delco unit at the same time. I rarely drive the car. I go to pull it out of the garage last week to change the oil and noticed I had a Service Engine Soon light. I hook up the laptop and get Code 36 High Resolution Error. Well car still runs fine. I search on here and see that car will run fine but not have perfect timing etc.. So I take it for a short ride (not making any boost). The car all of sudded just dies! I finally get her to start back and make it almost home and she died again and will not start. After getting it home, I hook the laptop back to it and get NO codes, but she will not start. I noticed that the Tach does not move when the engine is being cranked. Does that mean something? I bypassed the MSD Ignition, but got no change. Is the Opti gone or is it something else? Thanks

start with the basics... fuel, air, spark... check if any fuses are blown or wires burnt.
