the only thing i can thinl of is that you would have to use tunercat or somehting of that nature to make the car run speed density all the time sence you have no maf, and tuner cat has that option.

I've tried it, it doesn't work unless you're willing to redo the harness. The interior harness connects with the 94 engine harness just fine but the wires are in different spots and do not coincide.

ditto.. i tried it also.

got it to run with the mass air meter and computer too and it ran PERFECT, with the size cam i have in it now it is hard to get a good tune with a chip (whoever does it has to be good!) it was hard to believe how all the cars driveabilty issues were cured when i put the mass air computer in it. but there are so many obsticles, it isn't really worth it.

i couldnt get the datalink to work, and i had an SES light that i couldnt track down because you can't scan/communicate with the PCM. couple other things that didn't work right, its a PITA.

TunerCat has a Live Tuner for the 93's, meaning you can have the PCM sent out to get it piggy backed & then you can do live tunning on the fly I"m pretty sure check with them.

Actually, that's not the case. I've seen Alvin, the PCMForless chip guy, using the "live" tuner. Basically it's a "brain box" that is set up in line between your cars computer and your laptop, no chip involved other than the stock memcal. You load up whatever parameters you want on the Tunercat program, and essentially your laptop is the chip for the car. Doing this you CAN make changes on the fly, but I've noticed that some of the 93's don't like that. Some are fine with it, others die anytime a major (spark, fuel, ect) change is made. Once you get it all dialed in you still have to burn and install a chip.

Lethal93TA, talk to Alvin (chips@pcmforless.com) about your setup. He can explain how to get a 2 or 3 bar MAP sensor working on our 93's and he most definitely can get you set up with a good tune in your current condition.
