93 bin dump

Does anyone have the 93 stock ECM bin file for an A4? I can't find my original bin and need something to start tuning with since I pulled off my turbo and am going to run NA/N2o until I put the new motor in.

I really am only looking to tune it right now for WOT, and I havn't done any tuning in a really long time. I have AFR/TPIS heads and a ZZ9 cam w/ 1.6RR. I also have MAC headers/ORP/borla. I have stock injectors in there now but I have some 38# injectors that I took out. I am going to the dyno on the 19th and want to get the program better.

Will only adjusting the fuel pressure/PE tables only be fine for WOT operation? I figure If I can get the VE's good enough the the BLM's are not stuck at max or min I am good enough?

As far as timing any suggestions as to where I can safely add timing to the stock program? I am not seeing any KR.

What AFR should I shoot for on the dyno? I figure I will try to get my O2's close to 900 @ WOT before heading to the dyno and then adjust the tune @ the dyno for a target AFR.

Aram,

Email me privately and I'll send you my stock 93 BNXF bin file. It's the updated bin for BDZL (93 A4 w/3.23).

If I were you I would forget about tuning WOT until your get your part-throttle down. Everyone who starts off tuning only cares about WOT but thats the wrong way to do things. You need to knock down your part-throttle tuning before you can advance to WOT.

If you need help tuning part-throttle let me know. I've written a program similar to VEMaster to help tune our cars in part-throttle mode.

If you use Instant Messenger (Yahoo (blkcamarozr28), ICQ (I cant remember ), MSN (blkcamarozr28)) just drop me a message when you see me online.

If your going to dyno tune it I wouldnt even bother reading your O2 sensor. Just find a dyno place that has a WB A/F sensor so you can dial in your A/F ratio.

I'd shoot for whatever makes the most power with 0 Knock.
It could be anywhere from 12.5:1 to 13.2:1. It varys from car to car. Since you have a turbo I'd probably try and start tuning the PE on the richer side (12.5:1).

I'll look for you on instant messenger so I can ask you some basics so I can get it tuned. I don't have the turbo on right now and basically just have full exhaust, afr ported heads, and a zz9 cam on the car. I have a new motor and tranny for when I put the turbo back on (T-76) but I wanted to try nitrous on the old motor before I pull it out. There is going to be WB O2 at the dyno but I figured if I at least tried to get the tune decent before I left then it would be easier to dial it in while I was there. Right now the car does not seem to pull that hard but I just have a stock program/stock injectors in there at stock FP.
