52mm TB, Increase Trans Line pressure?

Getting ready to install a stock TB bored to 52mm. How much should I increase the trans line pressure to keep the tranny living a long life. Keep in mind I already have a Chuck Johnson built 4L60E with a trans go kit.
Thanks,
Joe

Re: 52mm TB, Increase Trans Line pressure?

Here is some information I saved from the LT1 edit forum from some time ago. I never got to try it, but Ellis knows his stuff. It might at least help some:

Tuning for 52 mm TB:
when I am setting up a table for a 52mm I take ALL the shift tables and move them down one cell.
Then I zero all the offset tables with 10 on the 1-2 shift and 15 on the 2-3 shift at WOT.
Next take the pressure Vs MPH tables and make first entry's 10 in both tables. Now multiply both tables by 110%

That is where I start
