Well, I lost my fuel pressure, might be the pump, might be the FMU.
Now may be a good time to eliminate the FMU, so to that end I looking for suggestions as to how to tune for no FMU.
I have my injectors set at 47#s and that works just great.
With the FMU I was seeing around 58 psi of fuel pressure. Not a lot extra.
Would a good starting point be something like + 15% fuel in the PE curve from 4,500 rpm on up??
I do max out the MAF at somewhere around 5,800 rpm
Any suggestions appreciated.

Yeah that sounds like a good starting point. I usually do several WOT scans on my initial tune upping the rpms about 500 each time till I get to redline that way you can tell if you start to go lean without actually going really lean.
Just to let you know, without a FMU you will be very close to maxing out the injectors. The other day I was tuning a 355 with 8#s of boost and 42# injectors and his duty cycles were hitting 104%. His MAF was hitting about 460 not even maxing out.
