1996 Z28 Throttle Spring Problem***

1996 Z28 Throttle Spring Problem***

When I punch the throttle the throttle springs kicks the throttle back so I lose power... 1. HOW CAN I ELIMINATE THIS PROBLEM??? 2. IF I CHANGE THE COMPUTER CHIP HOW MUCH HORSE POWER DO I GAIN AND WHAT ARE THE SETTINGS FOR THE CHIP???

It sounds like your car has TCS or ASR (traction control). If it does, then the only way to stop that from happening is to either turn it off, or reverse it's operation with the SLP module.
