1 wire to 4 wire o2 conversion question.

1 wire to 4 wire o2 conversion question.
Ok.. i know that one wire is ground, one wire is positive. i think that the other two are low and high signal. Which one of these two wires should i send to the pcm for the signal wire or should i juse combine the two wires into one?
