Wheel Alignment?

I've purchased the spindle extenders for my 69 Z28. What are the alignment specs for a car that has performance springs (lowered 1.25") and Spindle Extenders....

Any good alignment shops in So Cal? Or Vegas (Road trips are great)..

I don't know how well this will apply to the older camaros but I did mine with advice from Sam Strano (SCCA National and Pro Solo Champion)

caster +4 deg
camber -0.8 deg
toe out 3/32 in

he told me that toe OUT will steer quicker but will track more than if you toe IN 3/32 and the car will run straigt down the road better.

Thanks! The first gens really have suspension issues. I like the camber and caster numbers, but I'd be concerned with the toe out on the first gens... they tend to go to positive caster in corners and I'm "guessing" that the toe-out wouldn't help the caster dilema.

It is an interesting set-up. Have you noticed any difference?

I did performance lowering and cornering springs, KYB shocks, poly bushings throughout, hefty 35mm sway bar up front and 25mm out back and that alignment. It handles better than my friend's new vette. Waaaay better. Kinda hard to tell how much just the alignment helped alone because I did all of the other mods at the same time? Go to stranoparts.com and ask Sam through the message board how you can carve the corners in your 1st gen and I'm sure he can get you going. Good luck
