just want a 10 bolt or 12 bolt rear for a 69 bird. thanx

 

A good choice would be the 8.5" 10 bolt that was used in early 70's Nova's. Takes the same guts as 2nd gen 10 bolt used from 71-81 (except for axles) is much stronger that the 10 bolts used on late 60's Camaros/Firebirds, and is a bolt in on 1st gen Fbods.

 

I have a 10 bolt.........mono leaf that I took out of my 69 camaro. I will let it go cheap. Its ready to bolt in. Works fine. Replaced it with a 12 bolt. This is not a posi unit.
