Im running the AC #5 plug.

This is from Trickflows web page.

Spark Plugs:
The following spark plugs are recommended as a starting point:
AC-FR3LS replaced with ac #5
Autolite-324
Champion-RC9YC
NGK-FR5

NOTE: Make heat range adjustments based on tuning results. Blower and nitrous applications will require you to run a colder heat range spark plug. Try several heat ranges as needed.

Very good head in my opinion. I have them on a my 355.

thanks for the reply, i went with the ngk plugs. much longer plug than with my double hump heads and i had to trim my headers to get them in. fun huh....! i actually just fired the car up since the rebuild and what a difference in sound alone. i switched my 327 to a full roller set up, and with the trick flow heads it really sounds so much healthier.the heads i installed were milled down to 54cc chambers and you can really hear that extra compression. i cant wait to take this thing out and see how much more umph the car has now.

thanks again for the reply. i will let you guys know how the heads feel power wise.

What size cam are you running? I've been considering the Twisted wedge heads.
