Torque sequence and specifications for '69 or '70 350?

Hey, I've got a 3rd gen, but the engine in it is a 350 out of a '69 or '70 Camaro. It's got 2.02 heads and I was wondering if you guys could tell me the torque specs and sequence or if I could get a link to a site to find it. These specs and sequences I need are for the head to the block and the intake to the heads.

Thanks, Brandon

Heads 65lb/ft, spiral out from the center bolt. Torque in three stages, like 55, 60, then 65.
Intake 30 lb/ft, spiral or criss-cross out from the center.
Double check the torque when finished.

I think I understand what you mean. If I have anymore questions I'll ask. Thank you very much.
