Is there anyone using a fuel cell that has got there stock fuel gauge to work?

I cant count how many times I have ran out of gas in this thing!

I have a Jaz 16 gallon fuel cell with a 90 ohm GM sender in it. The sender has only one terminal. I have jacked with thing long enough! Do I have to get another sender? How do I get this thing to work? Hell, I dont know if I am messing with the right sender wire. What is the color on the sender wire(s)?

Please Help!

Thanks,
Sean

I just order the pro street cell from summit with a sending unit already in it. I followed the directions that came with my autometer fuel gauge and it works fine. Sorry I can't give any detailed help on the stock unit. Mine did not work when I got my car.

I have not finished hooking mine up yet, but my first thought is, do you have the sending unit grounded? That is needed for it to work.
