T56 ~ 700r4

What flexplate would I need to put on the back of a lt1 motor that originally had a T56 to use a 700R4 and retain the OEM starter? Would the same flexplate work for a TH400 or does it have to be different?

the easy answer should be a standard lt1/a4 flex plate i think the only difference between the 700r4 and the 4l60 & e is the gears and elctronics in the 4l60e
