t-56 flywheel

i need some info on putting a t-56 out of a 95 camaro into my 69 camaro. the main thing i need to know is what to do about a flywheel . i have a big block with a 4 speed in the car but i think it would be nice to use the 6 speed. any and all info would be greatly appreciated.

Steve Spohn at Spohn Performance sells a kit to install the T56 in 3rd Gens, so perhaps he could set you up with something for your earlier model.

a) Did you check with Spohn?

b) Did you post this question on "Classic Tech" where you are more likely to get a reply?

Moving to Classic Tech......

Your main problem is the bolt spacing on the crank. The T56 flywheel is used on a one piece rear main seal crank, which has a smaller bolt pattern than the big block. I don't know if anyone is making a conversion flywheel
