Besr for what? If it's best looks, beauty is in the eye if the beholder. Drag racing tires are different. rear tires need low pressure in the rear, low rolling resistance in the front and very low lateral ability. So for those applications the wheels are very different than wheels used for "g-machines". For those you want large rims to reduce the side roll.

I'm goimg down this raod now and learning a lot.

Becareful with the term offset and backspacing.

Being that the car originaly came with 15" rims with E60-15 tires (around a 225 60 15) I'd go with 15's. A now defunct magazine I have laying around here somewhere says that all second generation camaros can use a 15x8 rim with 4 1/2" backspacing. 4" backspacing for a 7" wide rim.

I assumed you had the Z86 package, which had the 15x7's.

you ought to step up to a 15" rim, it would make the car look alot better and the tires are not alot more $ wise. I alway run 15 x 4 on the front and 15 x 8 on rear but you could do 7's and 8's

this is 15x 6's and 15x8's cragar street lites

Thanks man,I think the wheel size is 15x8 or 15x9 all the way around.I am not to sure because the wheels were already on the car when I bought it and I have not replaced the tires yet to see the weels good enough to see how wide they actually are. The tires are 235-60-15 all the way around. My plans in the future are to put on some 17x8{front]and 17x10[rear]Cragger ssand a good set of 275-45-17[or bigger in rear]and something like 245-50-17[front].Preferably z rated tires even though I have not decided on what brand of tire yet.
