My brother-in-law has owned a 1975 Camaro Type LT for about five years now, and we are tryig to look into the rarity of this model. If anyone could let me know it would be of great help to me.

They aren't too rare. If I remember right, they were sort of like the later Berlinetta model. Plush interiors, woodgrain treatments and more insulation all over the car.... I believe it was called 'Amberlite'. They were produced from 1975-1978, so I'm sure there were a fair amount made.
Even if the LT isn't that rare, it's still a nice piece of Camaro history!

the years they made lt's they seemed to be fairly common 30-70k made a year. They are overlooked alot though I rarely ever hear about one. 1973 was the first model year right when hp died. According to http://www.camarosource.ca/ you could get a 350 with em.. I remeber hearing on tv like on espn 3-4 years ago at one of those car shows they go to that 1 guy had this like 1 of 5 made lt.. Im gonna assume it was probably like a 350 with 4 speed and rare options. They still arent worth a whole lot of money but they are different and still a piece of CAMARO history

its an automatic 3-speed with a 350
