pulley ideas needed - 1968 302 MO

yeah it's a 68 z28. i have the wrong p/s pulley and missing the drive pulley for the p/s. i wanna line up the p/s pulley with the pulley originally used for smog. i need to move the p/s pulley in about 1/2" to line up properly with the smog drive pulley.

the reason i'm doing this like so is the correct two pulleys i need will cost over $200+ shipping and i've already dumped too much money this year and i'm closing on a new home and i just wanna drive this car asap!!

any ideas greatly appreciated.
