have a t350 that wont shift out of first when put in drive position but if you shift manual you get first and second but no 3rd have changed modulator valve and check the governor but still have same problem i installed a b/m stage 2 shift kit dont know if the problem is in the valve body if anyone has hade this truble befor please tell me what to do

That is caused by not putting the check ***** back in the correct spots.I had the same exact problame.also check for stuck valves in the valve body or thier is a vacuum leak

 

got tired of playing around so the first kit was a hurst kit I replaced it with a b/m shift kit and reasembled the tranny now everything works fine thankyou everyone for your your imput
